Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayFairly mobile application ("App") operated by PlayFairly ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PlayFairly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial coaching purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • You must not distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App

4. Substitution Recommendations

The substitution plans generated by PlayFairly are suggestions only. Coaches retain full responsibility for all decisions made during matches, including substitutions. PlayFairly does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of fairness.

5. Beta Program

The App is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. Beta access may be modified or terminated at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with PlayFairly. Your data remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayFairly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
