PlayFairly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PlayFairly mobile application.

  • Team and player information (names, numbers, positions, skill levels)
  • Match data (scores, substitutions, playtime records)
  • Email address (if you join our waitlist)

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App usage analytics (features used, session duration)
  • Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the PlayFairly app
  • To generate substitution plans and fairness analytics
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To send you updates about the app (only if you opted in)

3. Data Storage

By default, all your data is stored locally on your device. PlayFairly is designed to work entirely offline. If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data will be stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We will disclose data if required by law.

5. Children's Privacy

PlayFairly is designed for coaches and team administrators, not for children directly. Player information entered by coaches (names, positions) is stored locally on the coach's device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

6. Data Retention

Local data persists until you delete it from the app or uninstall the app. Waitlist email addresses are retained until the product launches or you request removal. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
